Cancellation Policy

To Cancel or Reschedule, please contact us within 15 days prior to scheduled event. ICE HOUSE RULES: We invite you to make this space your dream venue while agreeing to the rules below: If you have any questions, please contact us before booking. • Alcohol may be brought in for your event but it MUST be served by a licensed bartender and you MUST have the appropriate event insurance. • All items brought in by the Host, guests and vendors shall be removed by the end of the rental period. If the event breakdown process takes longer than the specified event rental period, a late fee of $100/hr will be enforced for a minimum of a one hour charge. • Cleaning – See Cleaning Section. • Icehouse Creative Space is not responsible for loss or damage to Host or guest property. • If Host, guests or vendors damage any of the furniture, equipment or property, they will be liable for the cost of repairs/replacement as well as a 25% inconvenience fee added to the amount of damage. • Furniture may be moved within the space but must be put back in its original position by the end of the event. • No smoking in the event space (this includes vaping). • No pets allowed. • No glitter, confetti, sparklers, fireworks, or wall decorations of any kind. • 3 hour minimum. • Quiet Hours: 11PM - 8AM CLEANING: • Hosts are required to sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space after their event. This includes bathrooms and outdoor areas if used. • Remove garbage and place in cans in the parking lot. Add new lining to cans. • Any areas used by the Host or their guests must be free of personal belongings at the end of the event. • If trash is strewn outside on the grounds by the guests, a $100 damage fee will be collected. • The space shall be free of food and beverages at the end of the rental period. • Hosts shall remove all decorations and furniture/fixtures they bring with them. FEES: • Rental Fee: $25/hr (3 Hour minimum rental) • Site Fee: $25 per rental
